Chris Bowers

Executive Director

Chris is a writer, reporter, commentator, interviewer, MC and tennis historian. He has written for most of the leading British newspapers, commentated (TV and radio) for Eurosport, ESPN, BBC, ATP Tennis Radio, and numerous world feed services, radio stations and internet broadcasters. He has worked on more than 120 Grand Slam tournaments. He is also an accomplished interviewer.

Chris has written a dozen books on tennis, including biographies of Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, plus the ITF’s commemorative centenary book in 2013.

Russell D’Albertanson

Director

Russell is an accomplished media professional with over two decades working at the top end of the sports industry, having been a founder producer of TalkSport Radio, and creating content for various clients, including Uefa, The Premier League, European Tour Golf, World Rugby, Wimbledon and the ATP Tour.

He created and was editor of ATP Tennis Radio, the world’s first 24/7 digital audio channel.

Richard Evans

Director

Richard is arguably the world’s most experienced tennis writer and broadcaster, having worked mainly for the media but he was also the ATP’s European director in the 1970s and PR director in the 1990s.

A journalist who cut his teeth on the British news agency scene, he knew all the leading players and behind-the-scenes actors in 1960s tennis, and went on to write the definitive book on Open Tennis. He also wrote the Davis Cup commemorative centenary book in 1999, and has written several other tennis books, as well as commentating from all the great stadiums around the world.

He’s worked at more than 200 Grand Slams, and what he doesn’t know about the history of tennis, few people alive will know.
